Arugala - Wild

OP Also known as Perennial Wall Rocket, a lush salad green for cut and come again harvesting, with an attractive, distinctive serrated leaf edge. Similar to cultivated rocket in flavour, though perhaps a little more peppery, and also slower to bolt and often perennial. An excellent cool season green although will perform if kept cool and well watered in summer. High in many vitamins and minerals, this green is great in salads as well as on pizza. Perennial, low growing, frost hardy.

Can be sown into trays or direct sown in early spring or late summer. If transplanting use 30cm diagonal spacing for optimum leaf growth. Remember that this is a perennial plant please keep this in mind when choosing it’s planting location.
